Old Palo Alto Neighborhood —Charming homes on tree-lined streets in a neighborhood bursting with character
Finding homes for sale in Old Palo Alto can be quite difficult, for one reason: once residents move in, they never want to leave! The vast majority of the homes are owner-occupied and residents range from young professionals raising new families to elderly couples. Old Palo Alto’s greatest asset is its pedestrian-friendly atmosphere, with tree-shaded streets and homes that are all singularly elegant. Old Palo Alto is located between Alma Street and Middlefield Road and Embarcadero Road and Oregon Expressway and has very little through-traffic.
