Waverly Park Neighborhood —A family-oriented neighborhood reminiscent of “ Leave it to Beaver”
Touted by residents as an embodiment of 1950s era family-oriented communities, Waverly Park’s greatest amenities are its caring neighbors and safe streets. Originally a Mountain View orchard covered in apricot trees, Waverly Park is slowly updating its architecture but still keeping up with its family-friendly values.
