The community is pedestrian-friendly, with restaurants, cleaners, grocery stores and a Hilton Hotel within walking distance, as well as the Stevens Creek Bike Trail. The green belt on the property serves as the neighborhoods park as well.
There is a homeowners association as well, which is a democratic organization that addresses issues and concerns, such as approving of exterior paint colors on homes and organizing various community events, including parties, progressive dinners and wine-tastings.
Cuernavaca Neighborhood School Information
Cuernavaca students attend Huff Elementary School and Graham Middle School before moving onto Mountain View High School. These schools score around the upper 800s on the API, but also have accelerated programs, such as the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program. The private school, St. Stephen Lutheran School, is also nearby on Moorpark Way.
