Old Los Altos Homes have been modernized while retaining the historic charm of the homes, which is helped by neighborhood associations limiting lot sizes to a quarter acre and keeping structures to two floors. Located between El Monte Avenue, Edith Avenue and Foothill Expressway, Old Los Altos is conveniently located near Village Park, Shoup Park, Lincoln Park and The Village shopping district.
