Home Inspections

Certain inspections are required by institutions such as the California government, lending agencies or local customs. Important inspections include:

  • Wood destroying pests and organisms (such as termites) inspection

  • HOA documents and 12 months of association meetings
  • HOA financial viability report
  • Preliminary title report

Home Title Searches
