As a senior downsizing from my family home of 35 years to a studio apartment in a Senior Lifecare community, I was overwhelmed! I had to sort through a lifetime's accumulation of possessions and memories, send some of them to family members, give some to my favorite charities, have some items hauled away, and pack some for my new home.
